Good mental health is important in pregnancy, but sometimes this is harder to manage especially with the highs and lows caused by pregnancy hormones.
It is normal to feel anxious about your pregnancy and becoming a parent. Having a baby has an enormous change on your work life, social life, relationships and finances, it all takes time to get used to.
It is normal to worry about how you will cope, whether you will be a good enough parent, how you will cope with labour and birth, bonding with your baby.
You may feel alone and unsupported, dads and partners can feel the same and struggle with how to support you and your pregnancy.
